Noha Ramadan creates performances, video, and collective events. Drawing from a long and continuing practice of dance improvisation, their work utilises a distinctly cinematic approach to sound and movement, and attempts to articulate the subject’s capacity to inhabit multiplicity and strange relations. They co-founded Jacuzzi, an artist-run space in Amsterdam, where they organize and support various projects. They grew up on unceded Darug/Guringai land in Australia, and currently live and work in Amsterdam.
